This dealership is the best dealership in Calgary hands down. Not just for Ford, but in general. The customer service is incredible. My family and I have shopped here for years as sales is a pleasure to work with and service makes everything go smoothly. They are always willing to go above and beyond for their customers. Dennis, a service advisor makes my trip to the dealership enjoyable and not a headache. I look forward to spending time here and talking to the staff. 10/10 if anyone needs a new vehicle or needs service done on theirs!

Bad brake diagnostic ,my last oil change on March 27/2021 I was told rear brakes on my 2018 F 150 (46. 000 km) on left side is only 4 mm and right side is 6 mm, and I need to replace pads and rotors ,but it’s was not a true , thanks to my friend (licensed mechanic) ,when he first look on my old brakes he was wondering why I need to change them,he told me it’s minimum 8mm each and rotors also in good shape ,it was a good saving for me before Easter -at least 700,thanks God!!!

It's hard to find great customer service these days regardless of the venue. Having said that, the customer service at Advantage Ford does not fall into that category. The staff is very courteous and always ask if you've been helped. I've been a client for 3 years with Advantage Ford and I've never had a bad experience. I can tell you that the number one reason I return to Advantage is the friendly staff and impeccable service I receive. Tim Bridges and Drew Ostenberg have always been accommodating and helpful. They both have always greeted me with a handshake, kind greeting and always ask\ how can I help you\. Both have gone above and beyond several times to help me and that speaks volumes to their character and their dedication to their customers. I highly recommend Advantage Ford for your vehicle servicing needs!

This team is incredible. We bought a used vehicle from House of Cars and 30minutes after the engine was knocking. We called Advantage Ford and they got us in immediately. Turns out the engine block was cracked. It was a frustrating scenario but good thing we had warranty. Cassie in the service department treated us exceptionally well. Never have i had this great of an experience, and I grew up in a Ford dealership and I like to think that i have a good understanding of what a well run dealership looks like. The whole experience spanned almost 2 months to get a new engine in place but Cassie and her team made things very easy, coordinating everything with the warranty company to lining up rentals and then a loaner when the warranty stopped covering the rental. I am so grateful to have called Cassie and the Advantage Ford team. I am already planning my next vehicle purchase with them.
