Although I really like the products, I will never deal with this company again. It was a terrible experience. Two weeks after placing the order, I received an update by email telling me that the order was ready to ship. It was two more weeks before it actually was sent. All my phone calls and emails went unanswered. When the order arrived, one of the products was incorrect but I have been unable to contact anyone to have the problem rectified. Once again, both email and phone messages have gone unanswered. It has been the worst customer service I have ever encountered.
