John was very responsive and helpful. He customized the pickets and posts to what we liked and made them in his shop. He then had them custom painted to our choice of color and then installed them. The pictures posted are from a 2016 staircase we installed. John is now working on a second project in our new house, we will post pictures once the job is completed. John is a great person to work with and provided us with a very competitive price.
