This guy is super nice and very committed, he personally guided me over the phone on how to attempt to fix my vacuum and eventually I had to bring it into him for repair. Unfortunately Hoover repair was a more complicated repair and it was out of his control. He advised me on where I could go for further repair. Super helpful.
Went there to buy a vacuum a week ago. Amin is friendly and knowledgeable on the products he sells. He recommends product based on your needs, not on the price of the product. So you won't end up buying an expensive model that you don't need. The model I bought is also on sale there (14% less than buying it else where). I will definitely recommend this place to others.
Totally agree with other reviewers...super nice, helpful owner who is honest and does not over charge his customers. It’s great to have Burrard Vacuums here in our local neighbourhood.
Worth a visit if you are looking for vacuum parts or repairs. The store keeper provides the best service and takes very care of his customers. I was going to buy online until someone suggested I come here, and it was totally worth it. I am definitely coming back in the future if I need a new vacuum.
