Tower HVAC installed a ductless mini-split system in our condo. From the initial quote to the final product, all our interactions were professional and courteous. Brad promptly answered any questions we had and the sub-trades he used for the wall repair and painting were top-notch as well. We are very happy with our unit and the entire process.

Had a terrible experience with this company. They came to fix my AC . The guy spend a couple of hours and couldnt fix it and proposed to change the whoe chasis. I had a nother company who came and found the problem and fix it in one hour and charged 170 where as TOWER HVAC is requesting 320. Its unfailr to charge this much when the unit is not fix. I am willing to pay 150 but not 320 . WIthout permission they put the charge on my strata . Not professionals.

Inexperienced technicians and overpriced. The charged me 600 for “fault finding” and yet they couldn’t manage to fix my A/C. Don’t waste your time or money. Call a real HVAC company...
