I want to support small business, especially during this trying time. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll ever go back to this place. My boyfriend and I went in to purchase a rear wheel -- the sales associate was rude and condescending. I am a trained bicycle mechanic, and I was asking simple questions. His answers were abrupt and he only talked about the cost of the parts. My boyfriend, whose second language is English, was also trying to ask questions but the associate kept interrupting him. He rung us up, my boyfriend paid, and we were hurried out the door. I read some of the other comments, and I find that this is a pattern (many other people haved made these types of remarks). This type of behaviour is unacceptable, regardless of who you are (owner, manager, or not).

Awesome experience! Bought a bike lock, was told great info about bike security. New bikes sold here, bike locks 20-150, flat tire change 20, gear change starting at 35.

Been dealing with jubilee cycle for over 10yrs. Bought 5 bikes from them. Excellent service everytime i go there. Prices are reasonable and good selection of bikes. Been to many bike shops but this one is the best . Neil, Sullivan and Keefer are great. I only deal with Jubilee now cause they know their stuff and are honest. If your looking for a bike shop. Give these guys a go. You will be happy you did.

I bought my first bike here in 2005 and I've been a regular customer since. I find staff knowledgeable and professional and repairs are done quickly and correctly. They carry good brands which allows them to offer a mix of bicycle types at a range of prices. While this is a full service shop their selection of glasses, shoes and clothing is small. Its also not the place to get a fitting using a fancy system. This is the place to come to buy a bike, bike parts and accessories like helmets, lights and locks. I feel their prices are fair for a brick and mortar shop and they are the first place I go to buy a standard component for my bike. Their selection of parts does sit firmly in the modern standards so if you want a 26.0 clamp stem or handlebar you best look elsewhere.
