I have a unique E61 custom machine that while made mostly of common parts can still be a bit of a challenge to work on. Genius replaced the heater element, rebuilt the lever assembly plus a few other things at a more than reasonable price. Wait time was due to waiting for the heater element to arrive. I would not hesitate to recommend them and am very grateful to have my machine working like new again.

My Bezzara Espresso maker is now about 8 years old and is used every day. There were a few obvious issues. I took it to Genius and they did a great job. Used it for the first time today and works like new. They also gave it a good cleaning, better than I ever did. It sparkles. I have no hesitation in recommending this shop.

The people were intelligent, cordial and had a successful desire to be helpful. They had a hard to find part in stock after some extra checking because of vendor substitution and were interested to follow up for successful use and install. A delightful contrast to today's average online vendors. I will go out of my way to use then for future coffee related business.
