I had a claim with Federated insurance company and my claim was taking longer than usual for repairing job. I was really frustrated with this claim and didn't know who I should talk to! Finally, after transferring me to different deportment, I connected over the phone with Amanda Paddinge, who was my insurance broker. I was so glad that I had a chance to talk to Amanda and I expressed my feeling. She listened to me patiently and said she will follow up with me with email. She was top of everything to make this settlement happen ASAP and she did. Thanks Amanda, if I could give you 6 stars, I definitely would:)
