Went to pick up a suit rental. Looked like I was wearing a dress. Wouldn’t taper it in the way I wanted. Went to a different Moore’s with the same suit and got it looking perfect. Went to return the same suit to this Moore’s and told me I had an 80 rental charge bc it was late. I was never told there would be a late fee upon paying for my suit here (I attempted to return it within the week). Went to a different Moore’s location and I was in and out within 3 minutes. Bottom line: if you’re gonna go to Moore’s, avoid this location.

KEEP THE FAITH - The Live Concert Experience

If I could give this a zero I would. It's like once you pay them they could care less and clearly they pay no attention to detail whatsoever. We did not let this ruin our wedding day but talk about pathetic. While some staff were nice others were rude and ignorant. Company is good but this store is terrible!! Great job at the color match...NOT!

Visited this location after the Heartland location was closed due to the Covid lockdown. I was not impressed with the service. The store was empty however the employee would constantly walk away. I later found out she was having a conversation with another employee and on her phone. I guess this was more important than helping a customer. Ended up walking out. Your better of visiting another store or wait until the lockdown ends. Either case, don't step foot in this store. (should of checked the google review before I came).
