I love to shop at Mark, there are certain products That you will get only at Mark's. But voting this Maple ridge branch it was such a disappointment despite that they have good selection and various new useful products because you can't use most of your Canadian Tires for points and payment options at this particular branch.
Staff were on point with customer service and I lucked out with a few 11 1/2 shoe sizes left in the store! Society has decided to stop carrying half sized after size 10, so anyone bigger needs to be savvy. Enjoying my shoes, thanks team.
Got a great deal today .store wide 25% off every thing,including sale items. Great selection easy parking.
Maple Ridge location is completely out of sync, they put out a notice addressing there is no price adjustment during the store two days 20% sales event so that they can avoid it overall on Monday when the sale is over. Very classless management. Please note Maple Ridge is the only location put out this notice while I have no problem doing a price adjustment at the Port Coquitlam store the same morning. To make thing even worst is the person claims she is the Maple Ridge Store Manager turns out to be one of the three store key holder. Bad management, bad sale tactics and lying staff will be enough for anyone to avoid this particular location. I will be writing my horrible experience to the cooperate management after this review.
