Let's Landscape was the best team to work with on both our front and backyard projects. Let's handled our challenging front yard 5 years ago - tree roots causes pipe issues, very sloped driveway that needed a major retaining structure and an dying tree that was causing all sorts of issues. Rob came up with a great design that only needed a little tweak that better meet our needs. Five years later we still get compliments on our front entry and landscaping. When our backyard pool needing a modern update, of course we went back to Let's Landscape. This time we worked with Andrew on the design, and we could not have been happier. Our backyard has always been our oasis and with the changes it feels even more so. At the start of the project, Andrew did a walk through and we discussed what we loved, our challenges and our lifestyle. He came up with an incredible design that worked for us. Who knew you could have steps built into an existing pool? We only need to make a couple of tweaks to make it perfect. Steve was our Project Manager and his attention to detail was fantastic. He was also very responsive to text and phone calls. James was the project lead and he was meticulous with his work and has a strong work ethic. The whole team worked hard and were always very respective to our property and neighbours, cleaning up each day. Let's Landscape is a well oiled machine. Their team is super organized and is set up in such a way that they get projects done in an efficient manner. Kate at the Burlington store is also fantastic! We highly recommend Let's Landscape.
Lets's Landscape Together did a great job for me. All of the people I worked with from the office staff, the crew, the supervisors, the men picking up and dropping off equipment were amazing. The attention to detail could not have been better, not one stone or blade of grass in the wrong place. They worked meticuously on all aspects. I really love the design they came up with, everyone seems to stop and take a look. Great job!!!!!
Our experience with the Let's Landscape team has been nothing but exceptional. From the initial design stage, through execution, this team sent professionals for every task start to finish. Every person that attended the site was knowledgeable on the products and talked us through best application and design. We watched their hard work and dedication through some of the hottest days of the summer, while keeping the site incredibly tidy and clean! LL even helped us through some permit issues with the Town - keeping our stress levels down. The work done on our front driveway/walkway/garden exceeded our expectations and we plan to hire the same team to come back and work on our backyard.
This was our 1st major renovation. Andrew and his teams helped us achieve a spectacular result and I know that we would not have been able to deliver the same thing without Let's Landscape Together. It all starts with the design phase, we had an idea of what we wanted it to \feel\ like and they took it from there. We were brought in on decisions but not overwhelmed with nitty gritty details. The team also provided a major assist for getting our permits form the city. Once the work started we're were shocked at how respectful the crew was. They were on time every morning, friendly to talk to or ask questions of, conscious of noise pollution for our neighbours and my young family, and they were immaculately tidy. I can't stress enough how impressive the work crew was. Neighbours were nervous when we told them we were putting in an in ground pool, after they saw how Paul and his crew conducted themselves they're asking me for Let's Landscape's contact info. My dog even got to the point that he was ready for them to arrive each morning on time and go play with the crew during breaks. No project this size goes off without some surprises, When things did come up a) we were kept in the loop (b) they were dealt with (c) If there was an additional cost I didn't feel like it was unreasonable. In total, I'm sure we could have paid less to get our backyard. However it would not have been worth the savings. For my family, Let's Landscape was an awesome white glove service that delivered quality and kept me sane through my 1st big renovation. High fives to the entire team.
