Great coffee shoppe! Service was phenomenal. All the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful (despite our annoying questions). Tons of well priced products and lots of selections. Some in-house brews to my understanding. Would absolutely recommend whether you're a coffee connoisseur or just learning.

First time ordering online from ECS Coffee and will for sure do it again! Such good variety of coffee that I get to purchase per capsule (couldn’t find many stores that delivered with free shipping PLUS had the option of individual capsule). 2 days later and I was so surprised when I got home from work and saw the delivery.. so quick, especially when being 5 hours away!! Now, fingers crossed that the coffee is just as good as this service! ;)

Came here with my wife having some quite a bit of research and still learned a lot before leaving (with a new machine too ) Wendy was guiding us through a number of different machines and answering a LOT of my questions. We were there for quite a while and she was very patient with us as we had some trouble making up our minds about different setups we were interested in. Being a famous internet celebrity we were of course not expecting her to be so friendly and down to earth, and we were able to secure some autographs that we will totally not attempt to sell on eBay once she makes it to Hollywood. Once we made up our minds, Tamara was also super helpful (and exceptionally talented at taking our money with a smile) as she packed our purchases together. Honestly though, the staff were really friendly, made us feel really comfortable and the selection of products was diverse. Also, the YouTube videos they produce are extremely informative and helped us to have an idea before we even walked in. Thanks to all of you for making this so easy for us, even though we didn't make it easy on you I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is serious about coffee. ...or who just has a million questions like we did.
