I had an issue with my old regulator. My new regulator needed some additional parts to properly connect it. Alisa was a great help in finding the correct connectors to get me up and running again. Now I can bbq a great New Years Eve dinner and not have to use the dreaded oven.

Hi there, just want to share this with you. I bought my bbq 10 years ago in August. I purchased it from you when I moved to Burlington Ontario from Toronto. My good friend told me about you and he was right you were and still are the best place to buy a higher end bbq. I got a Napoleon p450pb it was at the time a very good entry level unit able to be upgraded easily. Now that 10 years have passed I thought I would take a moment to review it's performance and see how well it has stood up. I am someone that uses it year round. Rain or shine, snow and cold. Doesn't matter. I have included a few pictures of what it looks like after I have given it a full cleaning. After 10 years there are only a few minor issues with the unit and none of them impact cooking or safety. The propane tank bracket a few welds let go. But there are still 2 left to hold the tank and it really doesn't effect safety of the unit. You can see them in the picture. The side caps are plastic and are the only part that are wearing more rapidly or showing their age. The centre cast iron grill is cooked. Pardon the pun. And that is my fault for not moving them around as often as I should. I have recently purchased 3 new grills to put on, I bought them at you location on Harvester RD. during the covid pandemic. Your staff was excellent! Very helpful and safe. So after 10 years the burners, knobs, hoses, flavor bars, thermometer, lid and overall unit is barely affected by 10 years of hard work. My Napoleon grill was built in Canada in Barrie and I am grateful that it was. Thank you for building a product Canadian's can be proud of. And thank you Barbecues Galore for stand by your products and continuing to carry parts for the older units.

After having a really bad experience at Chadwick and hacks over 49 bucks I went to bbq galore in Burlington and had a great experience. Thanks to Nichole who helped, I got everything I wanted in a bbq and at the price I wanted. Spent over 2 grand and that’s 2 grand Chadwick and hacks lost out on. Great service and I highly recommend

Bought some charcoal for my Weber. They have great pricing for charcoal and curbside pick up was quick and easy. They accidentally gave me an extra couple of bags and when I called them the next day to tell them, they gave me a discount on the bags. Great customer service
