My car broke down in Essex and I had it towed to Buddy’s. Fixed my car quickly and gave me a fair price. I went back and had my car oil sprayed as well. I’ll gladly go back next time I need some work done.

Buddy told me "Jake" an employee misdiagnosed my car. "Jake" is a made up name I have since learned. Since being ripped off at Buddy Auto I've heard other stories here in Essex about being treated poorly. Beware.
Not just a crook but is a liar and a thief. Cheated me at every turn. Gave no guarantee on repairs had to get his repairs repaired. I have the receipts to prove it. Didn't want to give old parts back. Hid in the back when confronted. Actually I would give him Minus 5 stars.
My car had died and wouldn't start in this artic cold snap from hell. Buddy was kind enough to arrange for a tow to his shop and a ride home for me and my family. Had my car fixed by the end of the day also picked us up . Very professional hometown service . I loved the experience . I don't like my car breaking down lol. but it was painless at buddys and cheaper than the big boxes or dealers. I'll be back when I need something Thank you 5 stars Sherry

Went to 2 other shops in the area the other shops had so many different things they wanted me to fix I just could not believe it. I heard I should try buddys automotive they were honest. I'm so glad I did (buddy) told me the truth what I needed now my truck is driving great again and at a fraction of the price!! Buddy you are our main go to mechanic for now on!!! Thank you soo much.
