I never encountered a more horrific experience as when I was dealing with Shane Paquette in service. I brought my Jeep in three times in a month for transmission issues and he treated me very poorly , he refused to check my truck while it was still under warranty and insisted nothing was wrong with it . He was very rude and I also had my daughters beats head phones stollen from the centre console. That was the trigger to go to a different dealership. At the new dealership they found several things wrong , the differential, axils , & PTU , needed to be replaced, just on time before my warranty expired. Thank God I went elsewhere!!!! As long as Shane works for Diloweri in service, I won’t be going back ! He totally mistreated me . Good thing my beats head phones were stollen , that was the trigger to go see a different dealership, head phones can be replaced but not a life ! The problems discovered with my truck could have caused a fatal accident.

There service is very poor , I will never buy a car from them again
2 hours and 30 minutes for oil change !!! I had appointment at 2 pm , they didn’t offer me transportation , so I had to call Uber for 2 ways , bad service for big company !!
