Absolutely impossible to find!!! Said that it was open online but when we arrived we could not even find the business. Please don't bother just go to Chinatown for your bubble tea ️

Ordered through UberEats and was blown away. Super impressed by the flavours, freshness of the pearls and jelly. Having been to Thailand, China, Hong Kong and Vietnam these drinks were spot on. Ordered a Thai milkshake, a coconut and red bean shake, a watermelon jasmine tea and a macha bubble tea. Didn’t taste powdery, but deeply steeped and pure. Overall and excellent experience from a delivery which my expectations were much lower than what I actually received. Would highly recommend.
