Was looking at a longboard at the start of the pandemic. BSE had their store online ready to go and everything was super simple to order. The best part - placed the order, and before I even had the chance to call them to see if they were around for curbside pickup - there was already a knock on my door for local delivery! It was awesome! Even brought options to choose from for the wrench tool. This was definitely a positive moment during the pandemic and their excellent customer service made it happen. The board is epic and was so much fun to learn this summer. Thank you BSE!!! :)

Nice store front, quality products. Would like to see a change of hours of operation on Google, post that no pick-ups occur on Monday or Sunday. Didn't mean to waste gas, to come buy 7 worth of screws I couldn't even pick up. Edit 3 -\u003e 4 stars: Google's slow as hell. Staff explained why Google's hours weren't up to date. Highly suggest checking out the stores Facebook page or Instagram page before going. All in all good spot

My daughter needed a new board and as student at University of Waterloo we researched and located BSE in Kingston. Gorgeous little store on Princess street and as a side great coffee. Jay made excellent recommendations and my daughter is happy customer. Thanks for excellent professional service !
