Ordered a new deck, and a few other items from bliss online store and chose to do curb side pick-up. Upon my order I had a few issues which were promptly taken care of by the owner through email and phone. Not only did I receive great customer service online but also when picking up my items when I got to the shop. I’m very happy to have a local skate shop again in Windsor now that my 4 year old daughter is learning to skateboard.

Small store FULL of character and love! Windsor's ONLY local skate shop and Sasha will HOOK YOU UP! I bought two boards from there already and am definitely going back. Bliss is not just a skate shop, it's a family. Even if you don't know if you want a board right now, it's a great place to ask questions and learn, or just hang out. A genuine Windsor treasure! You never know what to expect when you walk in the doors of Bliss Skate shop. It might be a quite chill vibe, or there may be a couple of of the cutest kids you've ever seen running around the shop making the board buying experience full of more laughter and joy than you'd have expected. Trust me when I say, Bliss Skate Shop is the best skate shop I have ever visited... and I am definitely not anyone special, but it's still my honest opinion. Best is subjective, but what matters most to me is knowing that when I buy a board from Bliss, I am supporting the community. I have never met a shop owner so dedicated to giving back! There was 1 board available and no more trucks left in the store. Store was filled with kids and is very small. felt really bummed out was really trying to support my local skate shop but won’t be returning to this location
