As I was switching from my current provider to Bryan's Fuel, I had an appointment with Bryan's today to have my furnace and oil tank inspected, as per protocol, before they could fill my oil tank. I had made the appointment 1 week in advance and had taken the day off work to accommodate the appointment. This morning Bryan's called to advise me that they would not be coming, as their inspector called in sick. They advised they had no one else to cover, and wanted to reschedule the appointment in 1 weeks time, despite the fact I advised that I didn't have enough oil left to last a week, and I had taken the day off work to accommodate the inspection. Bryan's suggested that I get my oil tank filled by my current provider until Bryan's could come out. The reason I was going to switch to Bryan's is I had bought a propane tank from them years before, which needed to be refilled soon, and I was under the misconception that only they could refill the tank. I figured I might as well give them my oil business as well. Well, I did end up calling my current provider and had the oil delivered, and from now on I will be sticking with them. Terrible, terrible customer service from Bryan's!!!

Bryan's does excellent work. The one area that I would like to see improved is having more in-depth expertise with the NEST thermostat. They installed our NEST and it is working but it shows errors on some settings so does not seem to be fully and properly installed.

We had pleasure to have our furnace done recently with Bryan’s , Jeff did estimate, Tim furnace and vents and other guys install tanks,remove old installations and refill- everyone was super nice and gave information on new equipment. Office staff offer quick and professional response. We are super happy that we chose this company!!
