I made a call today about wanting to rent out a storage unit, and the lady who attended my call was super friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the size of storage I wanted wasn’t available, but I’ll for sure call back in the near future to try again. Excellent service!!!

I rented a storage unit for 2 years and they have treated me so well. I remember one time I forgot to lock my storage and they had the courtesy to contact me to advise me to lock it. I appreciate them so much and would recommend their service to anyone.
My husband I just moved in, we have had nothing but great service from vaultra, Abby was great and very helpful she was there every step of the way answering our questions and concerns, she and vaultra took allot of stress off our shoulders, definitely would recommend using there services, great people very friendly and great company!!
