Had my vehicle in yesterday for an oil change and detail. exceptionally pleased!!!! they were not only quick and efficient, they were friendly and very accommodating. Leanne's team in the detail department did an awesome job, they exceeded my expectations. Thank You to Al in the service department, I very much appreciate you fitting me in on short notice. I highly recommend Brant County Ford for detailing and service, you wont be disappointing!

The service here has been outstanding. We had a small issue after my service and George and Ashley didn't hesitate to make it right. They stand behind they're service work. My car is always washed for me when I pick it up. The last couple of visits have included a water bottle with a thank you notice. Nice touch. Keep up the great work.

Pathetic customer service. I was there to buy a Ford pickup truck, made an appointment as well for Saturday 30th January,2021 under name Gary. I went there with my wife and baby, noone cared to greet ue. I asked the receptionist about sales associate she called someone name as Sam, who I believe had no knowledge about sales. He didn’t even ask us to sit( I was holding my car seat with my baby). After 10 minutes of asking questions about my appointment, he said he will call his boss. We waited about 20 minutes when no one showed up. I told my experience to receptionist and she didn’t seem to care so we left. Funny when we were about to leave the parking lot, Sam came and told me that the boss said to write all the details of the car I want to buy and they will call me in 2 days. Well its been 2 weeks, I didn’t receive any call but you lost 60,000 worth of business!

First time with brant ford sales. Ill give them credit as the process was painless BUT... My vehicle came with bulbs out in the rear tail lights The drivers seat rocks back and forth when taking off or braking (safety concern) The engine has a misfire on acceleration almost completely cuts out (safety concern) Transmission was shifting erratically (slamming into gear etc and had to get it reprogrammed to be safe and be able to drive it) (safety concern) Drivers headlight bulb not in socket correctly making it point at the ground (safety concern) Stripped license plate screw and sticking half out 12v power ports do not work AWD vehicle with mismatching tire treads and uneven wear (safety concern) NO floor mats in the middle of winter, just bare carpet floor No follow up from dealership or salesman Would not recommend Salesman was pushy, not informative and did not offer any kind of warranty or shuttle service of any kind Purchased vehicle 2013 Ford Edge sport. 3.7 AWD Anyone test driving it, salesman, potential buyers, road test for certification... would have witnessed these concerns as none of which come on suddenly and are worn out or defective components that take time to develop. I can Safely say there was no road test for certification or the certifying mechanic was told not to road test the vehicle. As within seconds behind the wheel the problems with driving would have been evident. ( against ministry standards to not conduct a proper road test for certification). As these problems were right off the lot upon pickup. (Mechanic specializing in ford products)

While the great service may be tempting to write about, it's the overall vehicle knowledge the mechanics have from the yester years to the current that makes them so outstanding. It's never the guessing game that most garages capitalize on by changing out 25 parts to finally discover the real problem. It all come down to pure knowledge that makes the real difference and cheaper.
