Mike's a stand up guy. He will help you when you're in need and is SUPER friendly. He even has some rare parts sometimes in that little cabinet, throw some money down and he'll sell you the rare stuff even though he might not want to :) A great little shop, I've only experienced purchasing from him though, never had my bike worked on there so cannot comment on that. If you're really into bikes like I am, be prepared to talk with Mike for an extended amount of time; Bring your significant other into the store, don't leave them in the car ;)

Super friendly, and knowledgable service. Mike literally saved us! We were biking from Hamilton to Brantford when we discovered one of our tires was flat (punctured). He helped us get back on the road. We will never forget the kindness and genuine care we recieved. He made our day and as a business owner I appreciated the service. If I could give 6 stars I would. Buy and shop local!
My husband drove to the shop from Windsor because we were in a rush to get the prodigy eight scooters for my boys. The owner was very accommodating even though we only made it to the shop 2 hours after closing. He was very informative and answered all my questions over the phone.

Mike the owner is a stand up guy!!!! I was riding from Brantford to Paris and picked up a tack in my tire. Luckily A1 Cycle was a close walk AND open on a Sunday. He got me moving again and generously gave me a presta valve adapter for future use. I will be back, and with a coffee next time. Thx.
