Great service! I was amazed at how well the employee was handling 4 clients at the same time! He was all alone and he managed to help us all at the same time! Talk about amazing service! He was also very helpful and knowledgable! Great location! I'll definitely use their services again! I was able to print out a document in my email and send it via post on the spot. Convenient and quick! Well done UPS!

WORST UPS STORE! THE PERSON DOESN'T WORK PROFESSIONALLY. HEARD HIM SPEAK ABOUT OTHER BUSINESSES UNPROFESSIONALLY. NEVER GOING TO THEIR PLACE AGAIN. PLEASE CHOOSE A SEPARATE LOCATION.
Website shows very clearly we do family and baby passport pictures. Drove almost half hour to this location for that reason. The reviews were good. There is even a BABY on the stores website for passport pictures. Was turned away upon entering because the child is not 5 and up. Well that tells me either the staff is not competent to take the photo or the website information is wrong. Either way very angry. Had to get my 9 month old son ready and out for nothing.
It was my first time shipping with UPS and I spent 60 to ship a package only to find out moments before it was due to be delivered that a clearance document was missing. Not sure how the package can be accepted without REQUIRED documents, that should be a standard check done at the office for the convenience of your customers so that when the package is shipped there are no delays.... first & last time shipping with ups
There are a good number of services provided by the store. I wanted to send a parcel to my hometown and the staff provided me with the best price and the service was really topnotch. Also, the staff was professional and responsive at the same time. I would highly recommend this store.
