Two very positive experiences with Royal Appliances of Brampton this year so they are our Go To appliance dealer! In July of this year we had a tenant with a washer that broke down and after looking at half a dozen places we found Royal Appliances on Rutherford Rd in Brampton and we selected an over and under Washer / Dryer unit by Whirlpool at a very good price. Royal delivered it and took away the old equipment. Smooth transaction. Tim Mitchell was the guy who looked after our requirements that time and we made note of his name and number. In November this year, the large Amana refrigerator we had in our kitchen broke down and our repair guy told us to save our money and buy a new one. We went back to Royal Appliances and to Tim once again. He helped us find a replacement unit that would meet our needs and at an affordable price. We had some challenges as we had modified the entrance to our home since the Amana was delivered over 20 years ago. Tim delivered the new Frigidaire unit himself and took the doors off the old Amana to get it out of the house. The new unit came in and fit perfectly. Tim, and Royal understand the meaning of Service! We highly recommend them.
