I haven't seen such a unprofessional treatment when you are contacting them for availing their services. I was in talks with their National Sales Manager for getting their service and the responses which received were really unprofessional, where they really seems they don't want customers and can talk rude with customer. If you are talking when a potential customer is willing to avail your service, it can be assumed that after sales service would be more pathetic. I would recommend not to go with Regus. STAY AWAY WITH UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOUR.

Great business concept. Offices are clean, building is well-kept and the receptionists are helpful. I have visited several businesses in the building on several occasions and my experiences have always been good ones. Great shared office space.

Ive been a regus user for sometime, however, I rented for a board room from here and it wasnt equipped with anything! They tell you that they have the basic of a functional boardroom... What makes it worse... recpetionist are awful! They dont greet people well and they embarrassed me infront of my clients by blantly telling me in my board room infront of my guests \you know each mug of coffee is 5 each. Right?\ Obviously i know and why make my clients feel like it has become a trouble to do business there. You cant expect the receptionists to have any understanding of other peoples business.
