I bought 4 suits from Moores in Oct 2020. Not even 2.5 months later one suit jacket ripped at the elbow. There quality is very poor. There prices are very expensive. I recommend you do not buy a suit from them. They are in lock down and i work everyday wearing a suit. They can not replace it and i don't know what to do?

Place was well organized. But more importantly Rick Armstrong was a fantastic sales person. My father and I went in to be fitted and Rick's choices for what we needed we're spot on and precise. Thanks

Worth the drive to a DIFFERENT Moores.. they are very disorganized and the customer service is abysmal. Wrong thing came in for an order, they said the right thing would come in on a particular day a few days later, still wasn't in the day they said, and its OUR responsibility to keep calling them and pushing them to make it all right and come in time for what its needed for. No responsibility taken here. AVOID, unless you want to be micromanaging your own order you are paying for. Either the employees need to be better trained, or more likely, the management needs to actually "manage". So disappointing. Experience at a DIFFERENT MOORES was a night and day difference. Save yourself the stress.

Operations Manger is really saving that place store manger has a condensing attitude that needs to be checked not sure because im a black customer why he shows this attitude to talk someone like hes above them but it honestly needs to be fixed asap i don't even want to tell the full story. Operation Manger 5 stars just the tall store manger is 0 raiting.

If you want to experience worst customer service, then visit Moores at Trinity Common Mall. I had to return a shirt that I bought for my son but it didn't fit. Employee at counter was very rude and insisted that it is worn and could not be returned. He could have refused to not accept return politely but he chose to be rude. He was so arrogant that when I asked for his name, he gave me his card. Shankar Nagendra (Store manager). Never going there back.

My brother was getting married and had custom suits done up by Moores in Manitoba. It was a case of copying the order and sizing for me and other groomsman. They managed to get my order wrong twice at this location. The first one i caught before i left, the second my brother caught when he was calling around to confirm everything. This wasnt even the only location that messed up! We wont be using Moores again

One of the worst customer service and this store got one of the rudest and unprofessional manager and employees who absolutely did not want to help. I walked in with a request from another store, even if I wasn’t aware of the process, there job is to educate and explain in a professional. Instead they were blaming the other Stores agent. Totally unfit for their profession and whoever the owner is should pull all their employees together and teach them how to help a customer. Everything has a way to deal with it and the way Store people handled me today was an absolute blunder and very unprofessional. Totally upset and disappointed. Funny thing is they sell professional clothes.
