We purchased a small refrigerator for our basement. The email correspondences from Akshika started first thing the next morning. Her emails were very prompt and friendly. The two gentleman who delivered the product didn’t mind that the fridge was going into the basement. They were both professional and wore their masks the entire time. Overall, great service and a quick turnaround from the date of purchase.

This is my first time shopping online with Canadian Appliance Source. Francis Pakianthan was very helpful in purchasing a Silhouette Beverage Centre. After a lot of research, I found this site to have the best price. After completing my sales, the company had follow up questions to ensure that the transaction regarding timelines met my expectations. Now I wait for this product to arrive and will comment after this happens in May 2021

We made a visit to the CAS store in Brampton to get a hands on feel for the appliances we were interested in buying. The sales representative was extremely helpful. He explained each appliance and gave us the time to do our own review and examination. What was a great benefit was that each appliance we were interested in viewing was there on the floor. The final pricing was great and in our case, all items were in stock and delivery occurred four days later. I would recommend this store.

Our family experience with CAS was very pleasant. Philip is a great customer service representative. He exemplifies the personality of a great representative for the company. After a long day, meeting with someone like Philip made my family feel better about spending our hard earned money. I definitely recommend shopping here. Delivery went smooth and on time. Store is clean, good selection of appliances on display. Obviously they can display everything so theirs a few LCD touch panels located around the store to brows their website. They also aggressively price match.

Online order service experience is excellent - the Sales Service representative are knowledgeable and responsive. Delivery scheduling and tracing is perfect -accurate and precise. Delivery service representatives are not so good, don't care much about what they do. So overall - is 4 stars. Recommend to use Canadian Appliances - don't think you will find a better store!

Shopping online was quick and easy, after I compared prices on my own across various sites their price was as competitive as anyone. However they did not tell me about the option for free shipping if I turned down the extended warranty. They offered me an extra year warranty for a really cheap price, but what they don't tell you is that they only offer that warranty if you pay the 75 shipping price. Would have been nice if they were up front with all the options (hense only 4 stars). The delivery was on time and the deliverymen were very professional and didn't rush anything they took their time removing the dryer and ensuring nothing was damaged, and they cleaned up all the cardboard and styrofoam before they left (which i can say from experience not all deliverymen will do). Was easy to schedule an installer for the gas appliance as well through their partnerships.

Sam was a great help when ordering my mini fridge yesterday. He was honest and told me it would be closer to the end of March or early April before I was able to get it due to back order. I haven't got the fridge yet, but based on the honesty of his communication with me, I don't foresee any issue. Thank you Sam, look forward to taking to you soon.
