So expensive compared to other BSO shops. I'd say twice as much. I wasn't happy with the haircut that I ended up getting or the colour. Would not give refund for anything even if I hadn't used it but offered to fix my hair which I declined because if you didn't get it right the first time what makes me think you will the second time.

Really expensive products for sale, but they did a great job on my eyebrow tint. Empty mall and no crowds. Parking lot out front for free. Bathroom is quite a hike away in the mall. Friendly staff.

Prices are way over priced. I could get better products with more variety at another beauty supply location. Prices should be updated !!!

Terrible experience. I went in looking for a specific product in which they had.. The so called manager sold me the old old version of the conditioner for half price and the newest version shampoo full price and it came to roughly 70..... after i paid for my stuff i noticed there was a packed value of the product I had just bought for 45.. i asked if i could return what i just bought and purchase that value pack......she refused to sell it too me because it was an old promotion yet it was still on the sales floor.. She offered me a 5 dollar off coupon.. a slap in the face.. I will not go back here at all ...she was rude
