***For Car Service Only*** Please avoid getting your car serviced from AutoPlanet-Brampton. I went there on Tuesday - 2nd March and had a very bad experience. I asked for Oil change/Break Check/Car Detailing. The Service Advisor came back to me saying that all the breaks need to be changed. When I asked for the measurement he was only able to give me for the pads and NOT for Rotors. He offered me FREE detailing (Cost: 150) if I accept the prices and unfortunately, I did accept it. The FREE detailing was actually a FREE service because that was the most PATHETIC detailing I have ever seen. I could see the lines/patches on glasses/dashboard and all over. I had to wipe it all again. Now, I am skeptical that my breaks were actually worn out or they just lied for making money. The quality of work was really AWFUL!!!

2016 Audi A4 Allroad I never experienced used car sales like this, bought from ottawa without looking at it in person was scary. The staff removed that fright right away. A extremely detailed email was sent to me with 20 pictures of all the minor minor details they could find, this would ensure that no surprises would arise once i did the 5h trip. Once arrived i was welcome with a calm worry free vibe. Everyone was wearings masks and cleaning their hands frequently. Once i looked over the car it was as described and shown. Not 1 surprise. it was detailed to perfection. They had all documents and plates ready to go for me. I was able to drive it back home without any problems at all. Highly highly recommend !! Will definitely buy my next car from them. Without a doubt.
Ian and Conner are truly a dream team! They made the entire process both smooth and easy! Ian was so patient and diligent in helping me find a car I loved! He was very accommodating and always willing to pull cars from other locations for me to see them! He really made sure I was 100% comfortable at all times throughout the process! I can't thank them enough! If you're thinking about buying a car, Ian and Conner are the people you need to see!
Best used car service in Ontario. We definitely got the best deal for the car we desired for. Also, Sammy has been with us since the start of the process and has been a huge help for our deal I strongly recommend Sammy before anyone :)
Chevy is an excellent sales manager, he tried to work with me on some numbers but couldn't reach my budget. They have an awesome inventory but their prices, so don't expect to have them discount their advertised price. Overall great experience
