Grateful for Trish and her team today, as my husband and I were having trouble shipping out a few packages. As newcomers to Bradford, we were unfamiliar with the area and Times Design was the closest FedEd partner available to us. Even though I’m sure my questions fell out of her scope of support (as a small business who is primarily a FedEx partner), Trish was able to provide guidance and made sure my husband and I followed all the right steps. In an instance where they could have easily left us stranded and turned us away, Times Design looked for opportunities to help and we will forever be thankful. The owner and other woman that works here have the worst attitude. They are not customer centric at all and were unwilling to help with the simplest of tasks. After 20 years in business and they still don't know what it means to go above and beyond for your customers.

Horrible customer service!!! I went there for my shipping needs and they were very unhelpful to say the least. They seem like very unhappy people and most likely won't be in business much longer.

From both a shipping depot to embroidery this place can do it all! After picking up a parcel to realizing they did embroidery, I placed an order for a birth announcement bear (name and details embroidered on stuffed animal's tummy) and it was simply beautiful! I love shopping local vs. etsy! So happy to have found them!! Service with a smile & one happy customer! Thank you team at Times Design!
