I've been in search of a good facility to ride at and I will say the can be quite picky. I've been involved with horses since I was little, competed and worked at Woodbine, so I do know the field. This barn has great facilities, and the owner/head coach has been amazing. I have now completed 6 lessons with her, she makes sure to correct and push at exactly the pace I need. Definitely a barn to check out and see if it is right for you!

Since coming to BR Equestrian I have learned so much from Suzanne and her team. Suzanne is an outstanding coach who is patient, and enthusiastic about her students learning the fundamentals, ensuring their success in the saddle. I cannot recommend BR Equestrian enough, all of the horses are amazing and very well looked after. The facilities are well kept and the staff go above and beyond to help anyone who needs it.
Lovely facility but the owner/coach, Suzanne, lacks people skills and does not follow through on commitments. Would not recommend.

Amazing people who are all friendly and helpful. The safety of horses and riders is treated with the most importance. Horses are paired to riders with careful consideration and the care of the horses is truly amazing. Staff, boarders, coach, students and all are kind and caring and amazing people. Absolutely wonderful place to board, ride, learn and enjoy!
If you are looking for a horseback riding family - this is the place to go! Everyone is friendly and supportive. Suzanne is the best instructor I have ever encountered - she knows her stuff but her enthusiasm and sense of humour makes me miss her when I am not doing lessons. Beautiful barn and hacking trails. Just love my new horse home!
BR Equestrian is a wonderful place to develop great horsemanship and riding skills, regardless of whether you are just being introduced to riding, or are a more experienced rider looking to advance your skills. Suzanne is a fantastic coach - she carefully assesses your riding level and goals, so that she can tailor lessons accordingly to help you achieve them. She places a strong emphasis on having a solid basis to build from, so that both horse and rider feel comfortable, confident, and effective as a partnership. Additionally, her lessons are enjoyable and rewarding, with a perfect combination of humor and seriousness when teaching new skills. The facility is very well equipped (with multiple indoor arenas) and professionally run. Suzanne, Taylor and the entire staff are extremely kind and helpful, as are the rest of the barn family. A fantastic place!!
The atmosphere at this barn is amazing! It is so encouraging and positive for riders of all ages. I highly recommend it for riding lessons (dressage or jumping) and boarding. My horse gets incredible care here and has completely flourished since arriving. Suzanne, the owner, is also a truly wonderful coach. She's really helped me progress in the saddle and taught me so much. She is knowledgeable and supportive, making sure both horse and rider are communicating well together. She also has a great sense of humor that makes our lessons a lot of fun!
