Took my son for the kids boxing class. He loved every minute of it. The instructor was knowledgeable and fun! A great place for kids and adults.

I joined in September and the workouts are super. While I am affected by neurological issues I can still participate. Jess is a great Trainor and we all get a great deal out of our workouts the daytime classes are convenient
