They never answer the calls. I was put on hold and nobody picked up. Poor customer service!

BowWest was able to provide a new washing machine faster and cheaper than anyone in the city. When there was a small problem with the machine, they rushed to deal with it with no hassle or questions asked, even though they were clearly swamped with other customers. The washing machine is beautiful, works great and now I know that I can really trust their customer service and technician team. I will absolutely use them again and recommend them to others. I edited this because I have now purchased a second appliance from them and it was a great experience again. No one else could find anything reasonably priced and delivery times were a month out. Bowest had something in my price range available for Thursday! Very friendly staff too
