Fantastic job! Their salesmen Brady was informative and supportive even after the install. The customer service Rep Jen was able to assist with my after install questions. We followed up with a duct cleaning it's so much warmer in our home now! We opted for the service plan each month with hassle free service. The technicians were polite, professional and the new install looks amazing! Have been a customer for repair for years! Will be a client for many more.

I had my furnace and A/C installed by this firm after a lot of research. They may not be the cheapest, but they are worth every penny. The company is well organized and very professional. The technician was on time and very well trained in A/C service. He provided answers to all questions. Technician also went out of his way to ensure the cleaning and tuning of the AC system was completed thoroughly and answered all questions, including some great recommendations. He treated the equipment and the home as if it were his own. Safety first by calling in advance and ensuring he wore a mask. Curtis should be given a raise or at least provide training to all the staff on how to meet and exceed customer satisfaction. Well done.

We bought our furnace after the old one died on Dec. 24 five years ago. The sales guy came to our home on the 25th, amazingly, and they did the install the next day. Not the cheapest price in Guelph, but they came highly recommended by a few neigbours. They installed a new AC unit a couple of years ago; there was a problem a month later; the service guy was there quickly and replaced something. Today, our furnace died, although it was checked a month earlier. The service guy (Curtis) was here a few hours later; a faulty Lennox switch: part #D02550 . He replaced it in 30 minutes. We have the Maintenance Plan (aside from the Warranties) and that has been useful; an annual fee but no charge for parts OR labour OR the Routine Check they do twice a year. The service guys (Russ and Curtis) have always been friendly, on time, wearing mask and booties, and efficient. Yeah, there may be cheaper services in town, but we have gotten excellent value from the Maintenance Plan

Right from the initial visit with Brady at my home to discuss replacing my furnace and air conditioner through installation by Jon and Rob everything was perfect. Prompt, friendly and professional. Brady went over all the needs for my home and recommended exactly what was needed. Jon and Rob showed up on time at my home on the date set and were clean, courteous and quick. They went over everything when finished and to ensure I was happy with everything and answered all my questions. I highly recommend this company!

Good experience from start to finish. Woke up a couple days back to find my furnace not working, gave them a call and they had someone out within a couple hours to fix it. Turns out my furnace was really dead so they had someone else come out same day to explain my replacement options and alternatives. I picked the furnace I liked and it was fully installed and running midday the next day. Couldn't have been more than 36 hours since I initially found my furnace not working until the time I had a new one running. Everyone was friendly, efficient, and professional from start to finish.
