Nothing but good things to say about the experience with Office Keys. Order was processed quickly and the keys arrived at my door 3 days later. Keys fit the lock perfectly. Customer service and response time to an inquiry by Carrie was top notch. Highly recommended.

Our company ordered 3,000 worth of key fobs they sent 700 then said it would take 30-60 days for a refund for the remainder. Then when we called back the one person who works there owner/operator gave us a bunch of excuses then stopped answering our calls all together. It's been 8 months and we are working with Mastercard to resolve this issue. I would never recommend buying anything there unless your expect them to steal your money and give you nothing...

Terrible customer service, had to report thru PayPal just to get a response. Arrogant respond and changing there story months later. Beware! Want to change my review after receiving berating emails from Scott to 0 stars. Had to file a fraud charge to receive my money back months later

I had a piece of a mailbox lock lost and was trying to find a replacement. I emailed this place and they said if I sent them pictures they would help me figure out the part I need. Well, first of all it takes them forever to respond to emails. I realize I'm not making them rich off one little part but if I have to remind you that I emailed a couple of days earlier, I'm not impressed. Then they said you can't get just the part i need, i need to get the whole lock and linked me to a bunch of different possible lock kits. So I wrote back asking which one, based on my photos, did I need but they just didn't respond at all. In the meantime I searched elsewhere and found what I needed. I don't know if these folks are just super busy but the email customer service/support is just not there.

I ordered keys from this company for a cabinet. less than 24 hours later I found my lost key and emailed them asking them to cancel the order. They reply hiding behind a policy that there are no refunds on these orders. I would understand if these keys were cut and mailed out, but neither of that happened. This company is highly unprofessional, what company doesn't allow 24 hours cancellation policy? Please don't order from these guys, there are plenty of key cutting services online that offer for a much better price and have higher moral and ethics than this company. Buyer Beware!
