Extraordinary tasting sushi! Blue water has a warm welcome strait as you enter the door. Hearing great things around town. I had to check it out. The restaurant is fairly big, and beautiful at best. You have a choice to sit at a table or a bar. I would highly recommend sitting at the bar if your dining by your self as you get to see the amazing chefs at hard work cooking delicious food. Great for the family or a date for your special one. Service is amazing! With many different and unique types of sushi, salads, and soups there’s never a lack of variety. My personal favourite is the Volcano. Not sure what’s in it but I got a great pic! Everything I had tasted was spectacular and even at the busiest of times the longes wait was 15 minutes. Very friendly, fast service the Covid way They even reminded me in friendly way as I walked out, " please put your mask on". They have the best Tuna Tetaki.
Ok I'm pretty picky about my sushi and this sushi is fantastic! Had the stuffed avocados too and they were amaaazing. Seriously reccomend for anyone who loves sushi. Will be coming back for sure
Friendly server and sushi chef. Server identified the Spicy Volcano roll displayed in a menu pic. Sushi chef later asked me if I liked it, which I did. A perfect complement to my Prawn Udon. Minus 1 star because the prawns were not of the quality I am used to in Vancouver.
The. Best! Great food, great service, great atmosphere. Take out is a great bonus plus the takeaway in house made sauces!
Was hoping to like this spot! Sadly, they put mayo on all of the rolls (whyyyyyyy?! On a cucumber roll?) also, they forgot a miso in my take out order and the agedashi tofu was so hard it was inedible. I’d suggest eating in (it might be better) and asking for no mayo if you don’t want it on all of your rolls.
The service was awesome food was great and I couldn't ask for better company I would go back anytime I love the atmosphere there
