Not all bike mechanics are created equal and my experience here has been second to none. Bikes on Wheels have very passionate, knowledgeable staff and competitive prices. I go out of my way to buy from them whenever possible because I trust the parts they sell will work.

I was actually really surprised with all the bad reviews. I bought a bike on sale this week was in the shop 3 days in a row. The same salesperson, Liam was super helpful and patient with me. Other customers came in and he had no problems multi tasking. In defence of the other reviews, I went into the Queen West location 3 years ago to buy a lock and it was full of rude, pretentious hipsters. It seems like BoW are actively trying to fix the problem with less-toxic employees and my amazing experience this week should be proof of that.
Cool shop and the current staff are great. Very knowledgable, helpful and always give honest advice.
The team run by John at this shop is truly exceptional- whether it be knowledge about the products, servicing, or customer service, they’ve got all their bases covered. Harrison and Blair are some of the best and nicest mechanics I’ve come across in toronto! Keep up the good work
