I'm really glad I found this place! My doctor is Dr. Alexandra, and I recommend her to anyone looking for a female doctor. She's very conscious of time, which I really like - my last doctor would be up to an hour late for every appointment. Dr Alexandra is very respectful of her patient's time. She also is very thorough and was able to help me get a diagnosis where my last doctor had just declared my symptoms inconclusive, and this led to a huge health breakthrough to me. I am very happy!

I would not recommend Dr. Alexandra to anyone. Whenever I came in for an appointment she seemed rushed and like she didn’t genuinely care. I didn’t feel comfortable bringing up anything serious with her. When I went in to have her put my IUD in it was traumatizing. She came into the room with gloves on, closed the door with the same gloves on, and proceeded to try to get my IUD in with the same gloves on. (With covid going on and everything). She had false information about my body and referred me to a gynaecologist who informed me my doctor had no idea what she was doing. I will never again put my trust into a doctor like her.

The service at this place is very poor and unprofessional. They don't check their voicemail when arriving in office as I had left an emergency voicemail and no call was returned. I called them not long after to fire Dr. Grant. I refuse to get medical service for my grandson where his health is not a concern. Especially during a pandemic. I don't recommend this medical office to anyone I care about.
