I had a great experience with Bern's for my wedding. They were so helpful when suggesting flowers and showing me examples so I could visualize if I didn't know the flowers name. They were so patient and helpful as I tried to explain my vision for the flowers. I kept changing my mind a few times during our first meeting and she went with the flow so well and easily updated the list of what I was requesting. She stuck to my vision while including her professional opinion to help me come to the best order for my aesthetic and budget requirements. They even allowed two pick up times to accommodate the later start of my wedding night so I could have the tables decorated early but have fresh bouquets for pictures. The buckets of flowers/greens were labeled so it was easy to know how much of each type they suggested we use for what purpose which was very helpful but not limiting. I could go on! I’m not sure how their prices compare to other florists but I’d say it was worth every penny I paid. I didn’t worry about the flowers once on my day..
Excellent service, great product and timely delivery. Sent the wife some flowers for her birthday because I'm too lazy to go out and get them myself. Ordered online , product was as advertised. Thanks to Bern's I can stay married another year. :)
We are new to Alliston and so have only had two experiences with this lovely florist. My birthday was April of 2020 and my mom sent me very beautiful flowers as it was a difficult time and we could not celebrate my 30th together, due to the lockdown. The flowers delivered on time, safely and contactless. They ensured someone was home, they knocked and the lovely delivery man waved from the road in his delivery van. It was a lovely surprise and the flower arrangement was gorgeous. Fresh cut flowers and a birthday balloon! The second experience was not a happy one (due to why I was getting flowers) as I had surgery and my Mom sent me some get well flowers. Unfortunately, my emergency surgery was on Christmas Eve so naturally most places are closed for the holidays. My mom told me she called on the day they were closed anyways just to try and despite the fact that that it was a stat holiday, they called her back anyways. How amazing! This is the beauty of shopping locally. The personal touch, compassion and care that goes into their business is just over the top. They told my mom they were receiving some fresh flowers and would help her with the order once they arrived. They did! I received a beautiful bouquet once again and it’s sitting in the window next to my bed now and smell amazing. They came in a beautiful large vase. I received a call ahead, the delivery person wore a mask and delivered to the porch, contactless once again. This business goes above and beyond. I am so grateful for these types of people and living in this community. Thank you for being an amazing business and truly caring for your customers well being, safety and providing excellent products and service. You deserve a higher rating than 5 stars and you helped make my recovery a little easier.
My husband and I hired Bern's Flowers to do our wedding and we were incredibly blown away with how everything looked on the day. Everything was professional and organized throughout the entire process. It was exactly the look we were going for and so so much more. Also, it was all at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend them!
