I always get 10 star service from Ed and his team and always find what I'm looking for at great prices. Today I lucked in and got a coveted bike trainer, a must during these uncertain times. Ed and his team continue to keep me on my bike regardless of the circumstances.

On the advice of 2 Coworkers , I went to Ideal looking for a New Mountain Bike .. Met Shannon , Explained to Him , what I was looking for , and what I would be doing .. He listened , then Pulled my Trek Marlin off the rack .. explained options .. I sat on bike , didn’t like the seat .. Shannon explained other options , 24 hrs later , I picked up the bike , with different seat and a few other items installed .. Met Ed , the owner .. nice guy .. I’m happy to support LOCAL Bike shop.. Good Prices , GREAT SERVICE , Awesome , No BS information when asked .. I HIGHLY recommend Ideal , and I’m looking forward to taking my bike , for Service !!

Awesome friendly staff. Went in with our son's scooter willing and ready to pay for repiar. They informed us that we had the part required to fix the scooter, and put it back together for free. Very honest trust worthy establishment. Would recommend to anyone. Thank you so much we need more business like this in our community!!!! Shannen is one of the nicest people I have dealt with in sometime!!
Bought a new bike that had some manufacturing imperfections. The staff at Ideal were amazing. They made sure my new bike was tip top. I am exceptionally pleased with the customer service.
