For anyone who is a Toyota fan, it comes with no surprise that a 4Runner TRD Pro is a hard gem to come by, especially a new one, mid night black, 2021. A friend referred me to Melissa Hudgin at Belleville Toyota, which is almost 2 hours away from Toronto, since I had no luck securing a car in town; either there was no room for negotiation, large deposits, or no approximate timeline of estimated delivery. I reached out to Melissa Hudgin, Sales consultant early Dec 2020. Melissa has been fantastic, and from the start, although our conversations happened via text or phone, she was determined to get this car for my family and me. She communicated with me in advance about where about of the car and whether there was an issue. A week ago, I finally got my car or a monster truck, as my toddler calls it. We could have not been happier. Melissa and her team were so kind, and respectful of us as customers and we were treated well and felt at home at Belleville Toyota. I appreciate their honesty and their hard work to make an almost dream into a reality. So Thank you so much to Melissa for organizing and coordinating this fantastic deal and being super honest from the start; also, thanks to everyone at Belleville Toyota for their warm welcome, especially to Dan and Bronwyn, for their assistance and guidance with finances and getting to know the car at delivery.

Arrived at Belleville Toyota today to complete a buyout of a 2016 Highlander, a lease of another Toyota dealer. It would seem a lot of dealerships these days seem to be getting too big and are forgetting the main ingredient, "Customer Service". After reading the online reviews which appeared to demonstrate some very consistent and competent expertise, in all areas service, we thought let's give them a try. The initial contact over the phone and emails were excellent. I have bought a number of vehicles over the years, but this was the first Lease Buy out. I was really expecting more roadblocks. I made a last-minute appointment with Dan O from financial services and much to my surprise it was accommodated. The appointment today required the teamwork of many, from the moment we entered the Dealership at 8:00 am. Service Adviser Brian A had the paperwork prepared for Service Tech, Ted B to start, the safety and required services, no delays. Chris R from service was able to recommend and shuttle us to the perfect restaurant for breakfast. Upon our return Sales Consultant James P and Financial Service manager Dan O had our paperwork prepared and with fast, friendly efficient service had us on our way. My wife and I had really prepared ourselves for a good half day or more at the dealership but done in a couple of hours. So, to all the above mentioned staff at Belleville Toyota and those from behind the scene, thanks for our best experience in a dealership ever, true professionals!
I recently purchased a 2021 Toyota RAV4 Limited hybrid. I am a loyal Toyota customer and I was not disappointed by my recent experience. The team at Toyota was great. Tania was knowledgeable, experienced and not too pushy! Bronwyn patiently showed me how all the bells and whistles in this beautiful car function. The staff members at Belleville Toyota are wonderful. From the first person we met on the car lot to the last one who said goodbye as we were driving away in our new Rav4. Bruce facilitated our transaction. He was knowledgeable, efficient, meticulous and so pleasant to deal with. We were pleased by the way Dan ensured we had all information necessary for a smooth seamless purchase. The time spent in the vehicle reviewing all the controls was so appreciated. I have been driving Toyota vehicles for over a decade but only in the last 4 years have I dealt with the incredible sales person, Tania. She is super knowledgeable to the point I followed her from Kingston to Belleville for my most recent lease. Tania always knows exactly what want and need and she is super efficient.
