Let me start by saying :DO NOT RENT THIS CHALET. I would've given it 0 stars if I could. First of all, the pictures you see on the listing are so deceiving. The fish-eye lens makes it look like a huge place with lots of space, when reality its crammed and tiny. It says its suited for 6 people, we were 5 and consistently walking on each others from the lack of space. This place is absolutely tiny. Second of all, when we arrived, the whole placed smelled like cigarettes, there was spiderwebs everywhere, and the place wasn't all that clean. And that's with an extra hour late check-in due to Covid. The "third bed" which turns out to be a sofa-bed, is horribly uncomfortable, and there were no sheets, pillows or covers to sleep on it. The blinds in one room were broken, and didn't get repaired when mentioned to the staff. The wifi was faulty about half the time we were there. And lastly, the amenities. Where to start....? The jacuzzi is shared with 3 other chalets, so its basically 16-24 people fighting to get a chance to get into it. And if that wasn't enough, it was dirty and filled with leaves and bugs when we got there. Then, the pool at the center was disastrous. It was exceptionally dirty, with band-aids, tissues and a lot of dirt floating around in the water. Finally, the firepit, which is also shared with the 3 other surrounding chalets, was horrendous. The wood provided was wet, no fire starters even when asked from staff. So, by now, it won't come as a surprise if I tell you to KEEP AWAY from this chalet. Its not worth your money or your time. For 500/night you can find something way better.

My husband and I just got back from our stay at Dome 3 & we loved it! Very romantic and peaceful. Private sauna/spa/full kitchenette/nespresso machine :) we recommend 100% for a get away. The only con for the month of December2020 is that they are at the end of construction with their new pods.. so it’s a little noisy early morning. We are looking forward to our future stay in a different pod /dome !

A lovely romantic getaway in Dome 5! A few pointers: 1. Visit the Metro in Tremblant for a great selection of craft beer and wine. 2. Head down the street to S. Bourassa Market for the walk-in cheese and meat fridge for your charcuterie board ideas. 3. At the Domes use the drawers under the bed for your clothes (they warm them up!). 4. Use the fireplace in winter (one night it was -12 and very windy - the fire kept us warm). 5. If it is cold and windy suggest not bothering with the sauna as it will not warm up enough. 6. Bring some Nespresso pods if you like expresso (they have 4 pods but if you need more you will have to buy them). We brought our own cross-country skis and there is a public parking spot a couple of km from the resort. The trial is petit train du nord and the first couple of km are not groomed but the rest is. You can ski into town and check out Ocafé - Vieux Tremblant for a latte and lunch then ski back. It will be about a 3 hour 12KM roundtrip. Then it is time for the hot tub and relax!

Honestly the best stay ever! We rented the dome aka "the love nests". We had a private barrel sauna and private outdoor hot tub on our deck. The deck was all glass railings providing the most beautiful views. The king size bed and pillows were so comfortable, the setting so romantic. Everything you could want for a remote romantic getaway. The only issue really was the hill to drive up to the domes and pods is extremely steep. We barely made it up the first day. The second day it snowed all day and we couldn't make it up the hill. Parked at the clubhouse and walked up. That was lame but everything else was so over the top amazing this place still gets 5 stars. We will definitely return and next time will book a pod instead. There's so many amazing cottage options, it would be fun to try them all. But seriously these domes were just perfect. Would love to stay in them again if the price were a little cheaper. It was 1100 for 2 nights and one deluxe continental breakfast for 2 delivery on the morning of check out. Can't wait to return next year!

The whole drive there and around the resort feels like somewhere in Europe in Switzerland. Bel air is still under construction, but no one or nothing bothered us. We went there to see and feel nature and see mont-treblant, This place is great. Village is 5 min away. weather is great, ski hill is 10 min away with amazing views. Great for picture taking. Great houses on the mountain. Great staff, had a lot of fun, be back soon.

They canceled our reservations rudely and unfriendly. I'm not impressed with the lack of transparency and lack of professionalism. A contract was signed, and only one party held up their end of the deal. I would NOT recommend this resort to any of my friends, but if you do decide to go, PLEASE CALL AHEAD and make sure your reservation is confirmed. Oh, their staff may not no, you have to wait for a long time to contact with their manager( worse than other staff, you will not believe there is such a bad service

Zero Star!!!!Bad service!!!! The worst experience of my life!!!!!! Do not try it. We ordered Double Domes, but just when we will go there, emailed us no room, and the manager said we do not have other choice, choose a cheap room or cancle it. I felt unbelieable and try to change a similar room, then they cancled our room directly... And until now no refund our money!!! They cancled our room, change our schecule, and no refund.

Overall the amenities are nice, staff is also kind. Main issue is the construction that starts at 6:45AM, and loud i might add. So if you are looking for a quiet nature escape, i would NOT reccommend. Also the late check-in and early check-out is somewhat annoying. But overall, an enjoyable experience nonetheless. Something to experience for sure :)
