I highly recommend anyone considering this building to go somewhere else. Summit Management really only cares about money, they have very low standards of customer service. They happily take your high rent money, but do not expect any decent basic service in return, they simply don't care or don't know how to provide it. Seriously, it is not about expecting high-end services, even simple stuff they can't handle it, they are way below average. They also now have their 6th building manager in 2 years, so every 4 months or so the manager leaves and they hire someone new.

Honestly, I can’t complain. The rent is reasonable and very close to the metro station. The building is new and it has many great services. The staff is friendly and the manager is very nice and very helpful. I had a great experience with her when I moved in and when I signed the lease.
The one star is for the apartment which is good. Avoid the admin lady, she is not only unhelpful and irresponsible, but also rude. I had a bad experience working with her when I signed the lease, now I am going to move out. She suddenly showed up for a visit without any notice ahead of time. She said she dialed the phone number on file, however, I updated my number with her one month ago. She said she also sent an email which turned out to be a wrong email (spelled incorrectly). Wrong phone number and Wrong email address, I can't say anything but irresponsible and impolite.
Poorly sound proofed, overpriced, and allegedly \smoke free\, but in reality the management are either not enforcing the rules, or incompetent.
