Unfortunately I won’t be shopping here anymore. I have lived in Red Deer my whole life, and somehow this location continues to rip people off. Today, I grabbed 2 identical duvet covers (one twin and one full) for my cabin, and the prices on the shelves were 79.99 and 99.99 for them. I got to the till and they scanned as 99.99 and 124.99. I also grabbed hand and face towels from the clearance section that were supposed to be 3.99 and 6.99 but ended up scanning at regular price. When I asked the clerk at the till why the price doesn’t match the shelves she said “hmm I don’t know” so I asked her if she could price check, and she said “well whatever it scans at is the price”. I don’t need to spend my money at a store who doesn’t care about being helpful or real with their prices. Truly unfortunate.

I was looking on the Canadian site and found a 10 piece bed in a bag comforter set in queen that I really liked for 344.00. I decided to look on the Canadian Walmart site and found the exact same thing for less than 168.00. Do your research before you buy anything from Bed Bath & Beyond because the rip you off big time.

Red Deer location is fantastic for following Covid rules. Our large purchases have been done with online order/in store pick up and the girls at customer service have always been fantastic and happy to help!
