I recently phoned ahead and then visited this store and both experiences were fantastic. All of the staff that I talked to were incredibly helpful and very friendly. The store didn't have everything I was looking for, but a staff member informed me that it's a manufacturer issue and they also gave a few suggestions of other places to look. Great customer service!

I ordered the Wakefield vanity set in white online for my daughter. Within a week one of the stool legs snapped off with her sitting on it (she’s 110 pounds). I called my local store and the only solution they could give me is to return the whole set, which was a pain to put together by the way. The drawer doesn’t sit flush either. All I wanted was the one leg of the stool to replace but the lady I spoke to was not very helpful and wouldn’t work with me for another option. Don’t waste your money on this product or their customer service!

I had little knowledge of the item that I went in to purchase. A saleslady appeared quickly, gave me a rundown on the different priced items, carried the one I chose to the counter and proceeded to give me an extra 20% coupon off of the sale price! Excellent service!
