Ordered several cloud photo frames for pickup and delivery from BBB on West Broadway over the phone. Clint Bing was the associate who helped me and was very knowledgeable and accommodating. Excellent customer service and efficient. Really appreciated his effort and patience with our complicated order. Definitely goes a long way with customer loyalty.

I cannot say enough about the GREAT customer service we received at this store yesterday. My friend had some curtains to exchange. She first called the store and indicated she no longer had her receipt or the original packaging but Alvin was able to find her receipt online and indicated he could process the exchange for her. They had a long and detailed conversation about the curtain sizing and the challenges of installation and he gave clear information about pricing. He then agreed to do a curbside exchange to avoid COVID issues. In the end I went over and just went into the store, where Alvin met me right away and did the exchange in literally 1 minute. He didn't even charge us for the additional cost for the longer curtains (5 each for two curtains). Wow! When we got the curtains back we were able to do a nice install (had to move the curtain rod position higher) and everything came out looking great. My friend had been having a hard time recently and this experience really cheered her up. Cannot thank Alvin enough for the excellent service and thoughtful consideration and warmth that he provided. Thank you so much!
BB & B is generally more expensive than other houseware stores, but I rarely have difficulty finding what I'm looking for and there are usually some quality affordable options. I appreciate how organized and easy to navigate the store is. Bonus points for this location because one of the employees saw that I was carryinga lot of bags and offered to take them to the checkout counter for me overall the customer service was great
It was ok. I think it's really a household accessories place. I was expecting more furniture so was a little disappointed. Staff were helpful and not over bearing.
