Lots of products but very few staff to help. Overpriced unless you have coupons. Employees seem listless. Update: third set of curtains. First was missing grommet so I buy a replacement and it is too short. Removing another star. Poor quality. Brookstone blackout curtains.

Awesome place for all of your home needs! We made a connection with an employee through a shirt that my husband was wearing and we loved speaking with him. His manager was quick to dismiss our conversations multiple times and although we understand that he had work to do, a big part of their job is making connections with customers to enjoy their shopping experience. We felt awkward after that and decided to leave instead of continuing shopping.

I like Bed Bath And Beyond; a little out of my price range so I can’t shop here all the time but they have really good sales and email coupons so this absolutely helps for sure. I bought some pillow protectors cases I have been looking for and they were on sale. Took them out of the package and I am absolutely happy with the quality and strength of the product and good quality zipper! I plan on going to get a couple more the quality is super impressive, so this is what you are paying for good quality products. They had two in the package anywhere else right now it’s one per package? Why when pillows are a pair? Silly really so it’s an awesome find today. The cotton as well with research and what I’ve heard is good sustainable source from India, I hope they comply with employment laws, I would think they do knowing that they have connections with Dragons Den.

I purchased a set of two high end pillows (Total retail value was over 200) on January 1st. About a week later, a package arrived from BB&B - I was thrilled to try them out! Unfortunately, after opening the box, I realized that they had sent me the wrong order - it was a single pillow, meant for another Lisa, who lived across the country. When I contacted them to correct it, they said I had to return the other order (the pillow was 19.99), before they could send mine. So after a bunch of mix ups and lack of follow thru on their part, I finally got the return shipping label and sent the pillow back. It was received on Jan 20th. Today is Jan 26th, and my pillows have not yet shipped. I don't understand why the pillows that I paid for are being held hostage while they try and figure out their mistakes.
