Ashley K, Shelby and Dr.Shah were the team members at BC skin that I had the pleasure of dealing with. Ashley was helpful informed and kind upon my arrival and exit. She made sure I had all the information I needed and felt welcomed. Shelby was the technician, she was understanding and knowledgeable. She helped in translating what I was describing and desiring into how the team can help make then a reality. Dr. Shah was thorough in his explanations and cared to make sure all questions were answered and that I felt 100% comfortable with the treatment plan. I had come into BC Laser and Skin Care for a Belkyra treatment. This was the first big cosmetic procedure I was getting, and so I was a bit nervous. Dr. Shah was so incredibly nice and informative throughout the whole process. He did the actual procedures as quick and as painless as possible, while still being thorough. The staff at this clinic are amazing. From the moment you walk in, they greet you and make you feel welcome. I talked to Ashley regularly over text to make/change appointments and she’s so understanding and kind. Claudia helped Dr. Shaw during my procedures and I adore her. Her energy and vibe are unmatched and she was so genuinely happy for me and my results. I will 100000% be back and will refer everyone here. Because of Dr. Shah and his staff, I don’t avoid mirrors anymore. Thanks so much guys.

Really excellent experience at BC laser. This is the place to go for tattoo removal. The BEST most powerful laser available today and fantastic technicians that are very fast and efficient so the laser experience wasn’t too painful. Dr Shah was very attentive at each session reviewing how my skin was reacting to the procedure. 7 sessions and my originally black tattoo is almost completely invisible. One more session next year will likely remove the last remnants, but it is currently unnoticeable.

Did the Miradry treatment here. Dr Shah and his team are very knowledgeable and responsible in the process. I missed an appointment and had to leave town for a few days, his team set up a video call to see how I was doing after the treatment. I recommend this clinic to any BC patients.
