I would highly recommend Alfred! He was very friendly and knowledgable. He answered all my questions and helped me find the perfect car without feeling any pressure or obligation. My wife purchased a Santa Fe here 4 years ago. While the initial dealer experience was pleasant, the vehicle developed significant rust along the top border of the windshield. This happened despite proper care and there didn’t seem to be any paint damage preceding it. Went through a warranty claim and there’s a specific exclusion for this area (among others) so it was denied. Unfortunately for us, the dealer and Hyundai Canada wouldn’t budge on repairs, nor would consider a co-pay or something similar. The really sour part was that they had no interest in even trying to help, giving us 1 sentence answers by email/phone and essentially forcing us to use CAMVAP to try to prove that this was due to a defective windshield install. Speaking to Hyundai Canada on the phone was some of the most pathetic customer service I’ve had in a long time- basically treated us like a nuisance and nothing more. A 4-year old car shouldn’t have bubbling and terrible rust. It’s frustrating that business models like this still exist in the era of social media with sellers refusing to assist or extend themselves to fix a shoddy product. The fix for this would’ve only cost about 1500. Would recommend choosing an SUV from a different manufacturer with more robust and comprehensive warranty coverage. And dealers, give your heads a shake: in the era of social media, not caring about your customers’ long-term satisfaction with your product actually means something.

Great service experience. I had a vehicle in for service and I was updated quite often on its progress. There was one delay that was obviously out of there hands (shipping) but they kept me in the loop and was always ahead of me for updates. Not once did I ever feel I had to to check in about it's progress. I felt the vehicle was in very caring hands. The communication was just excellent. Well done Kayla. You are top shelf! Miigwetch!
