Andy and Bo are two of my heros. They turned my nightmare into an easy breeze. After a small collision gone bad, my car was written off. So I was dealing with a lot. No kidding, in 3 days after seeing the car I wanted, I was approved, insured and with the car in my garage. The service department is top class here. Michele and Dave were my kind of people and I'm gonna miss them. Kaitlin is a great reminder of them.

Seeing that that all services and inspections were done by BMW, you know you can have full piece of mind when driving your pre-owned BMW. If I'm not mistaken, BMW now includes warranty coverage service for all pre-owned BMW'S. So that it takes the worry out of purchasing a pre-owned BMW. Personally, I purchased my first 2013 328i xdrive, pre-owned from Bavaria BMW, in Edmonton, Alberta Canada. As being new to the world of all things being BMW, I was made to feel very comfortable and welcomed when I arrived at Bavaria pre-owned. My sales representative Chris Baltzen, made sure that I was thoroughly looked after. From the moment I arrived, to any other questions or inquiries, that I needed answered afterwards, or many months later. Excellent to look for pre own cars. Honest friendly staff and easy to deal with. I got a used x5. They showed me everything up front, inspection and car proof.
